Repair evaluation & rejection policy
At Alltest Instruments, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, component-level repairs for complex equipment. To ensure every instrument receives the dedicated bench time and expert diagnostic attention required, we have updated our evaluation fee structure..
1. Diagnostic Integrity:Our evaluation process often involves significant labor, including partial or full restoration to verify functionality.
2. The Evaluation Fee:A flat fee of $995 applies to all repair evaluations.
3. Credit Toward Repair:If you choose to proceed with the quoted repair, this fee is waived and the total cost will reflect only the quoted repair price.
4. The Rejection Fee:Should you choose to decline a repair after the evaluation is complete, the $995 fee becomes due. This covers the expert labor and resources expended during the diagnostic and "undo" process.
5. No-Risk Guarantee:If our technicians determine that the instrument is beyond economical repair or if we are unable to source the necessary components to complete the fix, no fee will be charged.
